The focus of the day was the role of software in biopharmaceutical research. The participants were introduced to the basics of programming and explored how data is analyzed in drug development.
Alongside hands-on activities, the students had the opportunity to speak with employees from different departments and learn more about their career paths.
“It was exciting to see how versatile software can be and how much goes into it,” one participant said.
Girls’ Day gives young people the chance to explore new career paths and discover their interests. For Stegmann Systems, it is an opportunity to share insights into their work and encourage meaningful exchange.
